Here at Seed2Shirt, we strive to get your order to you and complete shipping and delivery as quickly and easily as possible. Orders are processed in the order by which they are received. We ship all products from our southeast warehouses (North Carolina / Georgia) daily Mon–Fri 8-5pm EST, with delivery based on method purchased at time of purchase.
Processing Time:
Processing refers to order verification, pick-pull, and it applicable print/design, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse, processed, and shipped within 14-21 days after the order is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order.
US Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses, to the destination. Orders are shipped by the FedEX, or ther prefered carriers (USPS/UPS). Should you choose the FREE shipping US Postal service option, you can expect your order within 3 business days from date of shipment if you are on the East Coast or in the Midwest or within 3–5 business days for the West Coast; with USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–2 business days for the East Coast or 2–3 business days for the West Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Definitions:
Pre-shipment: Your package is ready for shipment, but has not yet been picked up.
Accepted: The FedEx has accepted your package.
In-transit: Your package is moving through the selected shipping option (USPS/FedEX/UPS) system.
International Shipping Time: International Shipping and Delivery Time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped via method you select (US Postal/FedEX/USPS). Those by the US Postal service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1–2 weeks, but could take up to 5 weeks to arrive depending on your location. However, due to extenuating circumstances (weather, holidays, logistics, etc.), some shipments may take longer than others. Once a package leaves the US border to the destination country, it is out of our hands. If delayed delivery is being experienced, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot issue any refunds for packages not delivered internationally if a carrier shipping delay occurs outside of the USA.
Expedited Shipping and Processing Policy
Requesting expedited processing of your order is considered an expedited shipment request.
Our expedited order processing fee is: $350 dollars, plus your selected expedited shipping cost, which you must choose at checkout.
Expedited processing means that once the fee is paid and your date is confirmed by our team in writing, your order will be placed into our rush queue and processed to meet the agreed delivery time frame whenever reasonably possible.
Please note
- Expedited processing is subject to product availability and production capacity.
- Your requested in hand date is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team by email.
- The expedited processing fee is non refundable once work has begun on your order.
How to Request Expedited Order Processing
- Place your order on our website.
- On the shipping method screen, select the expedited shipping option you prefer. This covers the shipping portion of your rush request.
- Make sure your email address and telephone number are correctly entered in your order details.
- In the order notes section at checkout, write that you are requesting expedited processing.
- After you receive your order confirmation email, send an email to orders@seed2shirt.com with
- Your order number
- A clear note that you are requesting expedited processing
- Your requested in hand date
- After we receive your order and your email, our team will review your request and contact you by phone or email if we have any questions and to confirm whether your requested in hand date can be met.
- If we can meet your requested time frame, we will email you an invoice for the expedited processing fee of $350 dollars.
- Within twenty four hours of payment of the expedited processing fee, our team will begin processing your expedited order in line with the confirmed schedule.
