This beanie was created through a collaboration between Seed2Shirt and New York Textile Lab. It blends the Northeast Climate Beneficial™ regional fiber system with the Climate Beneficial™ Black-grown cotton from our BLACKollective farmers in the Southeast, supporting regenerative agricultural practices while helping build a more equitable supply chain in both regions.
The fiber blend: 25% NYS Wool, 25% NYS Alpaca, 50% Upland Cotton.
The yarns were processed and knit in New York.
This is a lighter, transitional-weight yarn designed to bridge seasons: breathable from the cotton, with warmth and gentle loft from the wool and alpaca. It’s made to feel substantial without being heavy, ideal for everyday wear from early fall through late spring.
We recommend hand washing your garment in cold water with natural detergent and laying it flat to dry.
